Shipping Policy:

1. We offer shipping within the US only.
2. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
3. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days of receiving payment, subject to product availability.

Return Policy:

1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our products, including dresses, accessories, and specialty merchandise.
2. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide guidance on the return process.
3. To be eligible for a return of a defective item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags and packaging.
4. Once we receive the defective item and verify its condition, we will offer a replacement or a refund, excluding any shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy:

1. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
